1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Outpost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Outpost provides automated message response and presence indication services when mobile devices are offline.

3. Emergency Situations & Limitation of Liability

Outpost is not a primary safety or search-and-rescue dispatch service. While you may provide emergency contact references on presence pages, you agree not to rely solely on Outpost for life-critical safety communications. Outpost does not guarantee delivery in carrier outages or network failures.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Outpost for spamming, harassment, impersonation, or transmitting illegal content across messaging platforms.

5. Third-Party Messaging Platforms

Outpost connects to third-party messaging services (including WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, and Twilio) via official APIs and companion web sessions. Your use of these platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service. You agree to use Outpost's rate-shaping and conversation limits responsibly and not for unsolicited bulk messaging.
